Very hospitable staff and quick service.

Tried the smoked chicken sandwich and chicken seekh roll.

The smoked chicken sandwich is delicious and fresh. They serve mustard sauce alongwith ketchup which really adds more flavour as you dont always get mustard sauce with your sandwiches in kerala.

The price is R 250 which is very affordable, considering everything is over priced at airports. The sandwiches are really filling.

They have a good variety of beverages to go alongwith the food.

Recently had the egg and cheese croissant and have to say it was really good and filling. You can taste all the elements, the croissant , the cheese...

Other than few lounge 's and the normal tea/ coffee stalls we didn't have any good cafe's at the airport in earlier days . Barista is the first one they had launched recently. It's quite relaxing that they have some different varieties of sandwiches, donuts, cookies , pastries and some hot beverages. Because many a times when the flight gets delayed I didn't have any options other than the airport lounges. So now passenger like me many other people would be getting benifitted.Atleast they can grab a sandwich or a coffee before getting into the flight. They have a good seating space available and This cafe is between the gate...

A relatively new shop inside the international departure terminal located next to gate no 6/7. Mostly open 24/7 and has varieties of burgers and sandwiches. Have availability of freshly packed juices also. They have a separate seating arrangements of their own next to their shop. Relatively more expansive than the nearby chai or coffee shops but latte available here is good with 3-4 flavours available with them.

Overall a good place if you are craving for a coffee along with a sandwich before...
