KFC — Restaurant in Kerala

I am regular costomer of KFC and I visit MOT with my family couple of days ago I eat with my family in the shop KFC 11'0' clock night they are not were there T shirts in that shop and come front of the counter and I report this to the security.may month I go to restaurant for buy some chicken the staff is not well behaved and I think they are drug using in night that's not my consern but this type of spoil this shop good will I think if they repeat this type of behaviour I complaint to the police some days before I order in zomato and after getting late I call delivery boy for enquiry he say that the food is not ready by the restaurant and I say the delivery boy to ask the manager of the KFC why they delay the order and I hear in the phone that we are not give the system ready it's his duty for collect the order with giving ready in the system irresponsible idiots are working there. don't go and buy in this shop if any one love KFC try other outlet or in mot there is chicking.after 6.0 clock they are using drugs I confirm that next time I definitely take photo and post they are not where there shirts disappointment on its peek and very bad.for MOT it will definitely going to cause there good will.The manager KFC...

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC in the Mall of Travancore on 20th May 2025 at around 5.38 PM. I placed an order worth ₹ 548.11, but unfortunately, the food was of extremely poor quality. It was not fresh — the items were sticky and had an unpleasant odor, completely unlike the quality I’ve come to expect from KFC.

When I tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Their attitude was unacceptable and made an already bad experience even worse. I sincerely hope KFC management takes this issue seriously and works on improving both the food quality and the behavior of the staff at this location.

This isn’t just about my experience — I believe many customers might be facing similar issues. For me, this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a negative review, as I’ve never encountered such poor service and food quality anywhere...

I went to KFC at Mall of Travancore today around 7:55, placed a takeaway order. The guy at the counter tells me, “Sir, your combo comes with two glasses of Pepsi, but since it’s in paper cups, I’ll just give you a bottle instead.” Seemed fine, so I didn’t even check the bill because I was in a hurry.

I get home, finally look at the bill, and guess what? They charged me 20 bucks for water… which I never got! 😑 And that “bottle” he gave me? Not Pepsi, but a mineral water bottle filled with pepsi! 😂 The way he explained it was so casual, I didn’t even catch on.

Now I’m wondering… what if that water bottle was the manager’s personal one? Or worse, what if it was a used bottle from the staff or another customer? 😳 Times have really changed—customer used to be king, but now if you’re not paying attention, you’ll...
