Horrible experience.. being a vegetarian I ordered veg fried rice and paneer butter masala. The food came soon. The paneer butter masala looked different from the normal ones we get. Still I started having d food n sson I found d spoon hitting smithing hard.. it ws chicken bone to my horror..den I searched d curry properly only to find another chicken piece in it !!! I complaint to d serving man and person in counter..dey dint seem shocked or apologetic.. Dey dint even bother to apologise. Dey said no need to pay. N day ws it !! Pure vegetarians pls...

Very bad hotel, near to KSRTC bus station and Aluva Railway station .Morning time asked for masaladosa and, after few minutes it came, when started having masaladosa it, tasted badly and informed the supplying staff, he politely answered the dosa is having problem and try idly. I am in hurry, ordered for idly, in the meantime another customer supplied with dosa and , when I asked to supply staff, they answered that dosa also not good but,if the customer is complaining ,will replace, these type attitude...

Disgusting! Hotels like this need to be shut down. Just now I bought 2 Masala Dosa's. At frst they said, they dnt hv, thn one guy frm the inside told they have. What I got is a Masala Dosa made from dough made for vellayappam stuffed with old potato masala. The chutney was expired and cant even taste it. Undoubtebly old food. Just 2 days aftr one lady killed out of food poison in kottayam, hotels like these are still serving expired food to its customers. Be...
