Burger King - CIAL AIRPORT — Restaurant in Kerala

Watch out if you have to board soon after you order. I ordered a sandwich here paid with the cheerful young lady, paid for it, and then she cheerfully announced it will take 10 minutes.

Well, I don't have 10 minutes because I'm in an airport and need to catch a flight real soon! If you had bothered to tell me that at the beginning at least I'd have had a chance to weigh the decision!

So I asked for a refund, to which she hesitatingly but cheerfully replied no refunds. And then proceeded to run to the back of the restaurant to whisper to the fry cook about what was transpiring. He was as as uncharming as she was cheerful. Yet equally clueless.

I had to walk away down INR 450.

Zero value for customers time, zero common sense, and, most damningly, zero training. Shame on the owners of this pathetic franchise for not training their Staff in the very basics of customer service and how to resolve really simple problems without literally...

I don't recommend eating here. There is a chicking place just near and it looked better, but it was too late for us.

The cashier just added all of the extras she could possibly add without asking (extra chicken patty, extra cheese, extra sauce on fries). I saw she made the menu large without asking and was ok with that, but for all others I just thought it was standard? I don't the burger king menu and at any fast food joint I expect to be asked if I want anything extra.

Then when we got the sandwich and realized we were kind of scammed, my husband went to tell them and they just removed a chicken patty from the burger and said it's ok now. uhm????

Then I asked for the manager and the girls started laughing. Finally they actually brought the manager and his response was fine, said he is sorry, offered a refund and something else to eat. Hope they train staff better...
