This place is hands down the worst ever South Indian food I have tasted in my life !

PRICE : As much as a 4 star dining

Food : HORRIBLE/STALE/DISGUSTING.

The tasteless chutneys are frozen/thawed and have absolutely zero taste - seemed a month old in freezer. Sambhar is re-heated and disgusting. Dosa - carelessly made Idli - smelled bad

Cleanliness :

Floor/Chair/Tables - ALL DIRTY ! The entire eating area is dirty and tables and chairs will be cleaned only if you keep requesting again and again.

Staff/Service : Indifferent/VETRY RUDE/unprofessional & clueless. They just simply dont give a damn !

What most passengers don't realize is that if you walk further down , there is a food court with more options than this horrible god forsaken place.

We spent 1100₹ for disgusting horrible idlis and dosa!

I won’t be surprised if this is one of those establishments that bribes the higher ups to stay in that location where gullible passengers end up eating - just because it’s near the gate#4

Why don’t Kochi airport authorities review this scam of a place that is literally stealing money from passengers???? What kind of illegal scam is being run by the owners of this place - LOOTING unsuspecting passengers ! Why is no action being taken against them...

This is about the curry tree express near departure gate 3 at domestic airport Kochi. I asked for a coffee and paid the charges Rs200 ( and never served a bill which I realised later) The coffee was served in less than 10 seconds. The cup is perhaps the smallest I have seen ever and may be measuring about 90 ml if not less. The cup was not feeling hot and I specifically asked the counter person whether it is hot and she said it’s indeed hot. However it was absolute not hot and a very little warm. I could drink it in one sip. It was so annoying that Inspite of asking them specifically, they never bothered to check it. I went back to the counter and asked the counter lady and she was acting surprised. She offered me another coffee but I refused saying that you served me what you offer for Rs 200 and I don’t need any favour. Later I was watching from my departure gate so many scapegoats ordering coffee and getting served that lousy one. The outlet has no professionalism, does not value the value for money, customer rights and business sense. It’s surprising how CIAL allows that free run to such shops. Expensive and bad food is being served. We had breakfast combo from curry tree at Cochin airport. It was a terrible experience, that we felt the food had been prepared hours ago. The break fast food we received was cold, except tea. The dosa was below average. Kesari was the worst and finally the vada was so soggy.
