Food Stop Diner - Food Court at Cochin International Airport — Restaurant in Kerala

The food court is good, but unfortunately I had from PopnGo, since it was close to my gate. The food was ok not that good, and it took ages for them to give us this(a tea and a medu Vada). Please note that, there were no other customers in the shop. But the people were friendly and nice 🙂

But I hate the fact that I was forced to give this review by an fsd staff, where she stood near me until I finish the review, she also wanted to know my name and details 💁‍♂️.

Don't you think the service staff should respect the privacy and personal space of a customer?

As I said in my last review I would live to visit again but this time the staff is different but the experience same as before sweet humble & ready to serve staff this time it's not sona . This time the staff I net is shifas a very young but dedicated staff . I belive 90% of time it's not the food but the service that matters & in your case both are good . When travelling BLR, India I had a five hours layover in Cochin and so I used the service from Food Stop Diner. The services and customer service is out of this world. They helped me so much trough out my five hrs stay at the airport. I had trouble charging my phone after a meal and no charging port at the airport worked. asked so many staffs and shops but i got turned away. However Ms. Aryananda from Food Stop Diner went to great lengths to assist me. I believe she deserves a good review for saving me a good airport layover and a safe trip with my mobile on.
