Burger King — Restaurant in Kerala

Nothing spectacular. Just ordinary burgers and chicken. The fact that they have succumbed to the pressure of "indianizing" any continenental non-veg dishes to make it palatable to the so-called Indian consumer, which essentially means north indian palate for all these big fast food chains, has resulted in destroying the essence of a quintessentially american/continental food. The flavor on the chicken dishes tastes almost like any other chicken kebab/fry available in other restaurants. When are these multinational fast food chain restaurants going to understand that India is not entirely North India, that it has myriad other regional tastes . There are regions where the population DO NOT implicitly demand any food to be slathered in masala. If you want to eat only masala chicken why not go to myriad other restaurants rather than demand the flavor to be on every item in sight !!! Ruined it perfectly they have. I wish to give zero star for the horrible food and service provided. A normal small sized half baked patty inside a so called burger bun is what they called as Burger King Burger. No mayonnaise, No tomato, no lettuce, no onions nothing. BK Burger is a complete disaster, as the display is completely different than the product received. And all the burgers are priced soooooo high just for the bun and patty. Staffs were not able to respond properly and it took us more than 20 mins to place an order. They were least bothered even though there was a bigggg queue waiting to place an order. And the delivery time uffff the order board showed 10 mins initially, then 15mins, then the time increased again and again. NOT DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED. I HAVE TRIED BK AT BAHRAIN AND DUBAI WHICH WAS ONE OF THE BEST. I TRUSTED THE BRAND NAME BUT THIS BK OUTLET DESTROYS THE NAME OF THE BK BRAND WORLDWIDE. I ordered two cold coffees, Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the cold coffee. The taste was unpleasant, and it seemed as though flour had been added to thicken the milk. The coffee lacked the usual creamy texture and flavor, and there was no noticeable taste of milk at all.

I’ve tried cold coffee from several other brands, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. When I raised my concerns with the staff, their response was unhelpful and disrespectful. They seemed to imply that I had never had cold coffee before, which added to my frustration. I ended up leaving the coffee at the counter and returning without consuming it. And without my concern they have added donation in oit bill and there is no break up for Rs.18.90 in the bill.
