Despite its ideal location, the restaurant's service is terrible. The food delivery time is also too long. When the food was finally ready, they asked if I needed a plate. I said no, thank you. We're paying this much high, and they can’t even provide a plate. On the second floor, only one staff member served and left shortly afterward. No one checked if we needed anything else. The food quality has deteriorated significantly. I'm a fan of broast chicken and have enjoyed it at many places, but after eating it here, I felt like giving it up altogether.
