Now the Strawberry Matcha Latte- probably my favourite part of the meal. I’m someone who enjoys matcha regularly, and I was genuinely impressed. It used ceremonial-grade matcha, and you could taste the difference: the blend had a gentle earthiness, no bitterness, and the strawberry brought a natural brightness without overpowering. It was smooth, with a creamy finish that made it so comforting. It struck that rare balance, neither too sweet nor too grassy. Absolute win.
The dark chocolate mousse was a lovely surprise- airy yet indulgent, with a malty undertone from the Milo. My only tiny gripe? I wish it had been served a touch colder to bring out the sharpness of the chocolate.. but that could be me being picky.
