I recently visited Wednesday and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience! Here's what stood out:

Worst experience we ever had in a restaurant, chicking aluva on 23/05/23 evening.

The door was kept open when we entered the store because AC was not at all working. When we asked the store manager, he said they complained long back to their HO, but the management isn't responding.

We started giving orders then, like more than 4 or 5 times, we repeated because the person who took our order doesn't even know the names what's on the menu.

Because of the bad atmosphere and suffocation especially for our kids and ladies, later we cancelled many things from the order to leave soon, but the billing system was not working, they didn't provide full bill, once we questioned later they offered manual bill.

I really wanted to report this and thought of sending feedback email to the store manager and asked him his official email id, but surprisingly he said he don't have one, only he have his personal id, idk he lied or what.

Sleepy service and bad atmosphere, I would leave zero stars if I could. None of my friends or family will ever visit this store. We have enough reasons now....

Food is ok as long as you limit it to fried chicken, their new menu items like pizza and burgers are a big flop they don't even know what sause to top it with. Ambiance is good but play area is poorly maintained so you can't sit worry less while your kids play. Thankfully they have removed the ball pit they used to have which was a real mess owing to zero maintenance.

Back to the menu, the pizza could be termed as a chapati topped with tomato sauce, slices of capsicum , ultrathin slices of onion ( too thin to use on a pizza) and some chicken pieces., They have some flavoured rice items but not up to the mark. Understaffed, you might wait about 5-10 mins before someone hands you a menu. They do give you alternate suggestions which might be friendly for your pocket, that's one good thing about the guys attending the tables.

So if you want chicken fry or roasted chicken, go for chicking aluva, if you plan to eat a wider variety of items, better to rethink your options....
