Pizza Hut | Aluva, Cochin — Restaurant in Kerala

Very disappointed at the staffs there. Earlier long back also once we had to leave the store after ordering pizza and waiting the staff told us that they do not have the medium size pan. Today again I ordered 2 combo pizzas through Zomato at 9 Pm and when the order arrived one whole combo is missing. I get that the staffs will.be busy but still either hire more staffs or find a way so that you can attend to both online orders and in store. I tried contacting the customer care centre and they provided me the contact number of the store and I called several times and nobody picked up the call. The manager who was supposed to pick up did not. Later a staff called Hari was kind enough to pick up and explain me the situation and he himself delivered me the product. But being the manager he didn't even have the courtesy to address the issue to me when the staff approached him. I contacted them several times and also Zomato team also contacted them which apparently went in vain. At last I received the rest of the order at around 10.15pm. I had guests over and they all left by the time it arrived. Pizza hut really have to plan tasks among the staffs or hire more staffs. If it is so busy stop taking orders through multiple mediums and be greedy if you do not have the proper channel to handle it. Orders are received in store, their app, Zomato, Swiggy etc. If it is too much to handle, pause any medium for a while until you can handle it or hire/plan properly. I am really disappointed at their service. But I would really like to Thank Mr. Hari for his effort solving this issue and delivering the pizza himself. Also the quality of the pizza also has gone down with barely there cheese and burnt margarita...

I had my first-ever pizza experience at this Pizza Hut location, and it was nothing short of fantastic. The Chicken Tikka Supreme pizza left a lasting impression on me. I will recomend this pizza hut to everyone those who wants try something new....as the provide everything as new as u want....like a pizza artist ....and overseas...

Disappointing Experience with Zesty Chicken Pocket Order via Zomato

Dear Pizza Hut Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but my latest experience with your Zesty Chicken Pocket left much to be desired.

To begin with, the quality of the Zesty Chicken Pocket was extremely disappointing. It seemed like the chef who prepared our order was having a bad day or, as we joked, had a fight with his wife. The chicken was overcooked, the flavors were off, and the entire dish felt hastily thrown together.

Moreover, this order did not resemble the Zesty Chicken Pocket we have ordered and enjoyed on previous occasions. The portion size was smaller, the ingredients were sparse, and the overall presentation was unappetizing. We felt truly cheated and let down by the drastic drop in quality.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it is frustrating to pay for a meal that falls so far short of expectations. I urge you to address these quality control issues to ensure that other customers do not have a similarly disappointing experience.
