Pathetic kfc shop I have ever experienced. This is the second time I am experiencing the same issue that is the reason for this review.
This shop doesn't have value to the time of customer. They value their own business than customer happiness and time.
I ordered through kfc app by 7.30pm for a pickup by myself for 8pm. By 8.10 I reached shop there was a long queue for the counter. I waited for 20 minutes to pay as I selected cash on delivery. Suddenly th le person who was taking the order moved away from the counter so I directly moved to the counter avoiding queue. I told them about the order then they told it will take another 30 minutes. So almost I spend my 1.30hrs valuable time to get the order. "The worst thing about the staff and store is the staff will not tell customers in the queue that they will get the delivery after 30 minutes of their order. To do the order and and pay they they need to spend another 30 minutes in the queue. So once the customer wait 30 mins in the queue and they reach the counter then only they will understand they have to wait another 30+ minutes so the customer don't have any other option". This is true cheating to the customer. They don't value your emotions, they don't value your happiness, they don't value your time. They will consider only their business.i didn't understand why this shop is not have any estimation of customer walkin. Even the shop doesn't have a capacity to bear the customer walkin on offer days like Wednesday. I tried calling their customer care through the phone number given in the app unfortunately it was not connecting. Even small grocery shops have an idea to manage the crowd but I don't know why these big corporate. Dear KFC please understand people coming to your shop to eat food not to get the pain on leg by standing in the queue.

I visited KFC hoping to indulge in their delicious Pulinchodu, a delightful treat I've always enjoyed. Unfortunately, my experience on this particular visit left much to be desired, with several concerning issues that marred the overall experience.
First and foremost, cleanliness was a major concern. As I entered the establishment, I couldn't help but notice the presence of houseflies, which is far from the hygienic standards I would expect from a well-known restaurant like KFC. This not only diminished my appetite but also raised questions about the cleanliness of the food preparation areas.
Secondly, the lack of staff professionalism was evident. The counter was empty when I arrived, and I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to place my order. Even when a staff member finally arrived, they seemed disorganized and inattentive, which further added to my frustration.
What was even more disheartening was witnessing staff members openly quarreling with each other. This lack of professionalism and teamwork in front of customers is not only unbecoming but also reflects poorly on the brand's image.
Lastly, the service efficiency was severely lacking. Stock cartons were piled up in the entrance, creating an uninviting atmosphere and making it difficult for customers to navigate the restaurant. The chaos and disarray were far from what one would expect from a reputable fast-food chain like KFC.
In conclusion, I hope that KFC takes these concerns seriously and undertakes necessary steps to improve the overall customer experience. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, training staff to be more professional and attentive, and ensuring efficient service are crucial for preserving the reputation of this beloved restaurant. I have been travelling for quite a long time and i never ever happened to have such a bad experience from KFC!! The reason why i choose kfc is the unique taste and the service they offer world wide, but this particular outlet is an exception for those.
Have waited for more than 40-45 mins , any ways no use of complaining about the “usual” delay! Here are certain issues we have faced.
Products : Most of the products are not available for example they dosent have ULTIMATE SAVING BUCKET, Celebration bucket etc.. And most shocking was Staff are unaware about these generic kfc products! And they dont have bottled drinks like Pepsi/Coke/Sprite etc we have ti go for crushers or smoothies instead!
Service&Staff : Doesn’t have knowledge of products they sell. Seriously??? Then why are these people behind the PoS ? Always asking/ discussing about the product we ordered to another colleague. They are not confident! Which means they need to be trained ! I believe they are not properly trainined for this.
Order&Delivery: After long wait we received what we had odered and got excess dips !! 8 dynamite mayo worth ₹190 for 5psc chicken?? Seems like we ordered chicken to eat mayo! Lols.
Foot Note: Even after receiving these much of negative feedbacks and still not learning means you should better close down the store or pls change the name to something else please dont spoil a great brand...
