Very poor service. Will never ever visit this place again. The behaviour of the staff is very bad. We ordered some items, paid the bill and we were waiting for the food. After sometime a staff member came to us and said they didn't have some item to make the thing which we ordered. Ok fine that happens we agreed and changed the order. I am regular customer of Chicking. Today I bought fried chicken from thoppumpady chicking. Today they packed and gave me old chicken. Actually the fried chicken may be fried yesterday. The taste of the chicken was not at all good and inside of the chicken was very dry. My family members like chicking chicken so much especially my kids. Chicking was good earlier but now the service quality has gone very low.. The place is located in the centre of Thoppumpady, which makes it easily accessible.. However there is very few parking space available for car.. Maximum of 3 cars can be parked together but that space is occupied not only for chicking customers but the entire building utilizes the space.. Food is the same, menu has been improved..
