Very bad and worst customer service, food is also very bad and they are charging too high prices, and after the payment they are delaying the food , very worst food and customer service especially by the owner.

Today at 6 pm I ordered 8 chappatis and half chilli chicken, I have paid 340 before getting the parcel, but whenever I asked my parcel they are saying 5 min 5 min, the reality was after half an hour they didn't prepare my food, I asked them to give back my money and they didn't give instead of giving food they argued with me and my mother . The owner of the febina and the lady staff infront of the hotel was lieing and misbaheved to me. I told them to behave in good manners to the customers, infront of other customers they argued that it was my mistake, and also he said because of this hotel we are eating good food. Sincerely this is not my first experience from them , they are behaving like this to the customers after getting the payment food is very bad and especially they give bad and wrong food in parcels, the kitchen , and the other staffs in the hotel doesn't have any hygiene, worst hotel ever.

As a business man the very basic manners they need to have is that how to behave to the customers and they are zero , I will not buy any food from there any more, bad and worst...

Two days back, I took parcel of three porota and one kadala curry for Rs 60/- which I paid by google. On reaching home, when my son open the parcel it was egg curry not kadala curry. Since it was raining heavily, I couldn't go there to replace it. It was there fault Today I went again to Febina restaurant for taking parcel. I told the boy who gave me the parcel one day ago. He said sorry like a gentleman and admit his mistake. But the manager or owner(I don't know) said egg curry is Rs 20/- more. Instead of admitting the mistake he is talking about Rs 20/- loss. This useless Manager/Owner should have little common sense, when a Customer is asking kadala curry means kadala curry no way replaceable by egg curry. I paid the Twenty rupees today along with today's bill of Rs 110/-.I paid Rs 130/ by google pay. If the Owner of the Febina restaurant see, please ensure Rs20/- is not cut from salary of the boy. I have paid. But the Manager should have little manners how to talk to customers. Money is not important. The restaurant boys talk better than the Manager Or Owner.Better to avoid this restaurant and visit some nearby one. This review is on my personal experience. Needed some quick dinner in a non-touristy place and came across this lovely family restaurant.

The Butter Paneer Marsala with Chapatti was just what we were looking for! Delicious! The staff was friendly and able to communicate in English.

I enjoyed watching the cooks prepare the meals, as the kitchen is fully visible, right there as part of the dining room. Very modern setup. Ensures that everything is prepared very hygienically and fresh!
