This review is based on my last 4-5 visits, and frankly, it’s been a disappointing experience every time. First off, the waiting time is ridiculous. Whether you order online through the KFC app or directly at the store, expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your order. I’ve personally waited around half an hour, and then I received a message from KFC online saying I was eligible for a free piece of chicken. When I asked about it, the staff ignored me and just moved on to the next customer. They told me it wasn’t applicable. I had to complain to KFC, and they apologized later.
Secondly, the staff’s behavior is downright rude. They treat customers like we’re a nuisance. To the manager: you seriously need to train your employees on how to treat customers.
Thirdly, I’ve had multiple instances where items were missing from my takeaway orders. I always double-check, and I've had to come back twice to collect the missing items, but they never apologize for the oversight.
Lastly, both my wife and I have experienced severe stomach pain and upset stomachs after having their Hot ‘n’ Crispy chicken. I’m not sure if it's just us, but I’ve complained about it, and they just ignored me. After all these issues, I’ve completely stopped ordering from this outlet. Definitely not coming back.

We go there and there’s never an empty table to sit at because the staff never cleans up after the customers. The tables are always dirty. A good customer would take his tray away and stow it near the waste collection point, but if they don’t, the staff needs to. I could only take one photo since the there were people standing on the other sides. 90% of the tables had garbage on them, we sat at ours coz there was only a Pepsi cup there. Also not sure why I always find staff (the ones with red and white checkered shirt) loitering outside or talking inside instead of helping the other staff (who quite frankly are actually busy) with cleaning the tables. Read moreI usually write reviews when I really like the food, but this time, it’s different. Customer service – The worst I’ve ever seen. The staff either aren’t trained or just don’t care. I asked if my order would be late, and they ignored me. I ended up waiting almost an hour and still waiting Uncomfortable environment – The AC was broken, making it unbearably hot. Mosquito problem – Sitting and waiting while getting bitten was frustrating. Online orders prioritized – Walk-in customers are ignored while online orders get preference. Dirty seating – I tried sitting in six different places, and every table was dirty.
After checking reviews, I realized these issues are common. Whether it’s staff shortages or poor management, they need to fix this fast, or they’ll keep losing customers.
