Dlite BBQ on Seaport Airport Road, Thripunithura, proved to be a decent takeaway option despite a busy evening. Opting for their chilli chicken, garlic chicken, and shawarma, the overall experience was positive, though not without a minor hiccup. The chilli chicken offered a satisfying kick of spice, with tender pieces coated in a flavourful, albeit slightly oily, sauce. The garlic chicken, in contrast, was milder but equally enjoyable, boasting a prominent and fragrant garlic infusion that wasn't overpowering. Both chicken dishes were well-cooked and offered generous portions. The shawarma was a highlight. The bread was soft and warm, encasing succulent, well-seasoned meat and fresh vegetables. The accompanying sauces complemented the fillings perfectly, creating a balanced and tasty bite. The only drawback was the noticeable delay in receiving the order. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent late-night order from this restaurant. I ordered 2 quarter butter alfahm and rumali roti at 3 am, braving the rain to pick it up myself since they don't offer home delivery. To my surprise, they substituted rumali roti with kuboos without informing me. The 'butter alfahm' was a misnomer - there was barely any butter flavor, and the quantity was woefully inadequate. The mayonnaise was unpalatable, and the overall taste was lacking. What's worse, I only discovered these issues after getting home, making it impossible to return. The experience left me feeling cheated, especially considering I was ordering out of hunger and desperation. It's unacceptable to deceive customers, particularly when they're vulnerable and hungry. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve its service...

Very Bad service even though thier food was good. We've once went there for mandhi and they've given us very less quantity of mayonaise & each time we asked for a refill, they taste was varying as one tasted very sour, one tasted sweet and one tasted like cream or something. When we asked about it, they started quarelling and told us if we were dine & dashing. Very bad behaviour by the staffs as well as the management.
