Non hygienic.

1. the serving people will always touch food with their bare hands! Porotta, appam, puttu, pathiri, pazham pori, valaappam etc.. All they used to handle with their bare hand. When informed they said, its very bc here, we cannot serve on time if use Tongs..
2. the table cleaning person will serve water with their dirty hands!
3. the cashier is also serve food with their bare hands those bc with handling very dirty currencies.
4. the serving people will always wet and always touching their trousers to wipe their hands..! I used to visit this restaurant every morning to have a cup of tea and one valaappam. But for me they will serve without touching bare hands. But with tongs or aome plastic bags.
5. lot of flies flying around, very non hygienic restaurant...

Honestly, one of the best beef fries I’ve had in a long time, miles better than Champions and Edelle. The vellappam wasn’t great, but the porotta was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
