Zuti beachcafe — Restaurant in Kerala

My wife Had booked a table and told that it was our anniversary and we were told that they will do some flower arrangements on table(even at a additional cost was ok)but when we arrived nothg was there.We waited for more than 10min for the menu but then i had to grab from the table near by.We had chowder soup which was suggested to us as a best seller but being a hotelier myself I very well know how a chowder taste(5/10),chicken mixed kebab was very bland and dry(5/10)and the mint chutney was like water, and never tell your guest on arrival tht you don't have enough staff bcoz that itself give a message to your guest that don't except any good service.You are not charging me less bcoz of less staff right so why should your guest compromise and finally we want to order for desserts as.my wife love desserts but surprisingly none of the desserts are avaliable on menu and per your staff.Only good thing was the drink we ordered sorry forgot the name.And if the owner of the restaurant is reading this kindly change the menu.keep a simple menu...

I recently visited ZUTI for a quick meal, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After spending more than an hour and a half waiting for my order, I finally received my food. I ordered Kashmiri tea, Karak tea, Benaffe smoothie, and an assorted kabab. However, the teas were only average in taste and not worth the long wait.

The real disappointment came with the kababs, which were below average in quality. They were dry and lacked flavor, which made them almost inedible. I was highly disappointed with the quality of food I received at ZUTI, and it certainly did not live up to my expectations. Overall, my experience was not worth the time and money spent, and I would not recommend ZUTI to anyone looking...
