Jugos Cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

I recently visited jugos toppumpady outlet hoping for a great dining experience, but unfortunately, it was far from it. I ordered Alfredo pasta, two burgers, and choco boba. While the burgers arrived quickly, there was no update on the rest of my order. After waiting for 25 minutes, the staff finally informed me that they couldn’t serve the pasta because it didn’t taste as expected. Hoping to order something else, I was shocked to find that most dishes on their menu weren’t available because they had run out of ingredients. How does a restaurant operate without basic supplies or knowledge about its own menu? The only saving grace was the ambience, which was quite nice, but that alone doesn’t make up for poor service and a lack of professionalism.

Overall, if you’re looking for a place with good decor but no guarantee of getting what you order, this might be the spot. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend...

The ‘It’s melting’ beef burger was good, given with a cheesy sauce, which tastes good. But the beef steak was below par, and the zucchini served with it was almost expired. The steak was just 4 pieces of meat instead of the classic steak and was supposed to be medium rare, but this was not cooked good enough in the centre it was more rare. For ₹400 steak you would expect much more. Cheesy loaded fries had barely any cheese for a dish called loaded, and boba tea was also mid. Had ordered a shake which didn’t come until the end of all the other dishes even though that was ordered first. They can definitely improve they are at a good start. Would suggest people to not blindly trust social media...

We've had a combo snack and chocolate smoothie, mind lemon Mojito. Combo snack contains a zing burger,one piece of broasted chicken, french fries. It was a large portion food with 3 combo.which is really freshly cooked. broasted chicken was really hot and not so spicy.burger was average. It was because the bun was not toasted. But the chicken was so crispy, tender and juicy. Didn't get the taste of the cheese 😞. Atmosphere is really large open area with medium seating facility. They have a ac lounge . It had descent seats and couches for large groups. It was a good experience with this place and...
