Today, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cake Hut. Despite being in the store to purchase a birthday cake, the staff seemed entirely disinterested in assisting myself or any other customers. Despite their presence, they were absorbed in their own tasks, neglecting to engage with us. When I asked about the available cakes, the response was unhelpful and vague, with the staff member simply stating they were all chocolate cakes without providing any further details. It was evident that the staff lacked basic customer service skills and failed to understand the importance of attentive service. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I sincerely hope Cake Hut takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements in staff training. My experience today deserves 0 stars, reflecting the complete lack of professionalism and attentiveness...

Cakehut is the best! I have been ordering cakes from CakeHut over the years, and they have never fallen short of the expectations. This time around, we needed a "Stumble Guys" cake for the special occasion and we had a design in mind. The staff was good enough to listen through and deliver the exact design that we had in mind, if not better. The taste was equally good as the design. The attention to detail was simply outstanding, and it made my son's birthday even more special.

The rich, indulgent flavors of the chocolate truffle cake were beyond compare.

I recently ordered a Caramel Toffee cake from Cake Hut, and it was absolutely delicious! We loved every bite, and ever since we discovered Cake Hut, we’ve been ordering exclusively from them. Their cakes consistently stand out compared to others, both in taste and quality.

However, I did have a minor issue with delivery on my last order. Even though I selected the home delivery option and received confirmation, the order was mistakenly marked for self-pickup. Fortunately, they did deliver it later, but it took longer than expected.

Overall, Cake Hut remains our top choice for cakes, and we highly recommend them for their amazing flavors. I just hope they improve their delivery process to avoid such mix-ups in the future.
