As I said in my last review I would live to visit again but this time the staff is different but the experience same as before sweet humble & ready to serve staff this time it's not sona . This time the staff I net is shifas a very young but dedicated staff . I belive 90% of time it's not the food but the service that matters & in your case both are good . How can I miss to mention miss Arya nanda a sweet girl with a beautiful smile came to us to know if we are happy with the food & service from where do you get so humble & down to earth staffs that too In airport where everyone is affected with attitude problem . Waiting for my next visit to your outlet at cochin International. Once again great experience. 👍

When travelling BLR, India I had a five hours layover in Cochin and so I used the service from Food Stop Diner. The services and customer service is out of this world. They helped me so much trough out my five hrs stay at the airport. I had trouble charging my phone after a meal and no charging port at the airport worked. asked so many staffs and shops but i got turned away. However Ms. Aryananda from Food Stop Diner went to great lengths to assist me. I believe she deserves a good review for saving me a good airport layover and a safe trip with my mobile on. Food from the restaurant is awesome too. Authentic and delicious. if you are at the Cochin airport do stop by.

This place is a onestop spot for a traveller who crave for a south indian snacks or sandwiches, the ghee roast was awesome with the real coxonut chutney( Normally we don't get the real one in such outlets) and Sambhar. The south Indian filter coffee to was awesome, however the portion wss too low comparing to other outlets, chef Anshad was awesome, altogether it was scrumptious south Indian feast for me. Meera the guest relation executive would need a special mention as I saw here flowing around the tables to check the guest whether they are comfortable and any assistance is required.

The place is big enough. There is reasonable choices for foodies. It is clean and well maintained. The ambiance is reasonably good. The Air-conditioning is very comfortable and the boarding gates are pretty close by which is a good thing. The announcements are pretty clear and loud enough for people who want a quick bite and at the same time wants to follow their flight details. If there was more choice of cuisine it would have been a cherry on the cake. I guess we will not get everything.

Travelling from London to Mumbai I had a stopover at Kochi airport and really wanted to try some authentic Kerela food. Mr Arun the floor manager was very kind and walked from table to table having those conversation every customer needs. The food was absolutely awesome. The picture says it all. Will visit again and will definetely recommend because of their hospitality as well.

It is over priced food court, may be like many other airports in India. That is why I could give only 4 stars. This place is awesome not just for food, ambience and service. This guy Mr Arun Senthil who is like a customer care officer, is beyond 5 stars. His passion and dedication towards service and his company are exemplary. Never given a review, but this is just for him.
