I had a very disappointing experience at Chickeys. The staff was extremely rude and arrogant, behaving as if they were doing us a favor by taking the order. When we politely requested if the food could be delivered to our table right in front of the outlet, we were told in a very disrespectful tone to come back after 15 minutes, and that they “don’t deliver.” To top it off, when we mistakenly paid ₹3 less, instead of handling it kindly, the staff reacted very rudely and made a scene over it. I did not experience the ambience or atmosphere of the restaurant itself as I had placed my order through Swiggy. I have never heard of this place in my life before and I seriously don't know which angel made me select this place from the list of restaurants offered by Swiggy. I tried the Chicken Strips and the Crispy Chicken burger and My God was it the best I've ever tasted in my life!!!... I was shocked and in heaven at the same time... I never had such a horrible food experience, felt cheated. You should Never order the big meals, Order smallest meals and try it if you really want to check. We had order family meal. It was poor quality, taste, very less quantity. The fried chickens were small pieces and less numbers. Very very bad experience....
