Fusion Table — Restaurant in Kerala

Extremely disappointing experience. We had ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, but what we were served was something entirely different — the chicken pieces were green and had a sour taste. On questioning, the staff casually informed us that since tikka chicken wasn’t available, they had used leftover Hariyali Tikka instead — and didn’t even bother to inform us beforehand.

When we raised the issue, they reduced ₹110 from the bill — changing the ₹310 Chicken Tikka Masala into an "add-on" priced at ₹200, as seen in the attached bill. Apparently, this is a regular practice here, which makes it even more concerning.

This kind of service is unacceptable. Customers come to dine and pay for what they order, not to be surprised with leftovers thrown into their dish without consent. The attitude of the staff was even more shocking — as if we were expected to accept and eat whatever they decide to serve.

If you value transparency, quality, and basic customer respect — I would not recommend Fusion Table. They seriously need to rethink how they treat...

Had been used to it's taste through Swiggy many times and thought of visiting there today. Reached the spot by around 8.40pm (29.07.24). I was on my two wheeler and when I tried to park in in the space available, the security person there told me to park on the other side of the road saying Avide vacho. Under the trees in roadside and not even a maintained place, that too in night without any lights. Better to avoid possible snake bite by parking there that doing that for biting the delicacies. So I thought to quit. I know you have spend a lot on the infrastructure and it's pretty amazing. Your dishes were yummy when I had it through Swiggy. But when I came there this was my experience. Could have been avoided if you tried to impart the professional behaviour to all staff from the gate to the table. Thought of the experience of mine that burnt my expectations within a minute.
