Liberty, the round-the-clock eatery situated opposite the KSRTC complex, is unfortunately plagued with issues that mar the dining experience. Customers, myself included, have been left dissatisfied with the poor customer service and apparent lack of hygiene in the establishment. During my recent visits, I decided to try their renowned Anar shake and black tea. While the Anar shake was passable, the black tea left much to be desired, resembling the taste of chlorinated water.

On another occasion, I ventured to sample their porotta and beef offerings, but my hopes were soon dashed. The porotta arrived cold and tough, hardly appetizing. Bang opposite to the KSRTC Bus Complex its was any hungry traveler needs. I had Parota, Beef Chilly, Chai and Puttu. The Parota was good beef chilly looks well garnised buy the taste was not for me, it a dry dish but lacks the masalas it was like eating just fried beef with curry leaf flavour, may be that the way it is in this parts and I may have made a wrong choice selecting the dish. Chai was good and so was the Puttu although I did know how to eat it.
