Let me be very honest here.

21/12 - we visited here only for lassi. Rahul requested us to visit for lunch or dinner. And based on his recommendation we visited

22/12 - We visited the hotel and it was excellent experience. Rahul took care of us very well and excellent and wonderful person. Food was like heaven.

23/12 - We went again, but this time it was such a bad experience that. I had requested for Malai Panner Tikka and I ended up getting chicken and the person who served was Aarmaan. He did not even understand what we are saying. If we had eaten it, It would be a direct assault Starting from breaking the religious faith and personal hygiene. Don’t know what would have happened to my mind.

Never visiting again ever

Sad part was Rahul was not there on 23/12. Else he would have taken care of us properly. He was on week off.

Next incident : We asked another person for mango lassi and sweet lassi. He said, it will be ready. Again after sometime ARMAAN came and asked us, you need anything ? I said - we have ordered for mango lassi and sweet lassi. The. Armaan said, no we don’t have mango lassi at all & it is out of stock. I was like guru, first you get chicken and then now you say, you don’t have mango lassi.

While I was talking to him, the person who took order gave us mango lassi and went off.

Seems Armaan is too confused in many ways. Because of this, I am giving 2 rating. Else I had plans to give 5 star only for Rahul. But now after the way how Armaan took care of us, I am deeply disappointed and we were in state of shock for few seconds. What if we had eaten an animal today because of this hotel.

A Must-Visit North Indian Restaurant in Kakkanad! My family and I had a truly memorable meal at You Punjab Restaurant in Kakkanad. The restaurant is neat and tidy, and the food was, in a word, delicious. We started with the Crispy Palak Chaat, which was absolutely amazing and a perfect beginning to our meal. For non-vegetarian starters, the Mutton Raan was out of this world! The meat was incredibly soft and had a wonderfully spicy kick—easily one of the best mutton dishes I've had in Kochi. The Chicken Sheekh Kebab was the only average dish, but the Raan more than made up for it. For the main course, we loved the Butter Pepper Garlic Chicken Noodles and the Amritsari Kulcha, both of which were superb. The Romali Roti and Butter Naan were also good. We paired these with Chicken Tikka Masala, which was really good. The Chicken Changezi was also nice, but compared to the impressive Tikka Masala, it wasn't a standout. Finally, the dessert was a banger! The Gulab Jamun was divine—the best I've had in Kochi, hands down. What truly elevated the experience was the top-tier service. A Perfect Anniversary Dinner at Hoy Punjab!

For our anniversary celebration, we were staying at Sheraton and wanted a great dining experience nearby. That’s when we found Hoy Punjab, a charming restaurant that exceeded our expectations in every way.

From the moment we entered, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression. I subtly hinted at a surprise for my wife, and they graciously took note. Their thoughtfulness truly enhanced our experience.

We started our meal with hot and sour soup, followed by a delightful chicken tikka platter and Palak Dahi Chaat. For the main course, we enjoyed Jeera rice and Dal Makhni, both incredibly flavorful and well-prepared. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and impeccable.

The ambiance added to the evening’s charm, creating a cozy and elegant setting perfect for a celebration. Just when we thought our wonderful evening was coming to an end, the staff surprised us with a sweet gesture, a lovely celebration along with dessert! It was an incredibly touching moment that made our day even more special.
