Irani Kuzhimandi: A Ramzan Biryani Rescue (and a Peri Peri Pucker!) Picture this: it's Ramzan month, my stomach's rumbling, and I'm on the hunt for some serious flavor. Irani Kuzhimandi in Karamana? Open! Hallelujah! I dove straight into their Biryani, and let me tell you, it was a comforting hug in a plate. Think fluffy Kaima rice, gently spiced, and a warm, inviting aroma. It's the kind of Biryani that whispers, "Welcome home, hungry traveler." Now, here's the secret sauce: unleash your inner spice hunter and ask for extra masala! They happily obliged, and BAM! The Biryani went from "nice" to "oh-my-tastebuds-are-doing-a-happy-dance!" It was like a flavor upgrade, and I was here for it. Served with a classic egg, crispy papadam, and refreshing onion raita, it was a well-rounded feast. But, as any food adventurer knows, there are highs and lows. My quest for more led me to the Peri Peri Alfaham. Oh, the Peri Peri Alfaham! It arrived looking fiery and promising, but one bite? Whoa, Nelly! It was like a tidal wave of salt and tang crashed onto my tongue. My taste buds were doing the tango, but not in a good way. It was a flavor rollercoaster that took a sharp, salty turn. Despite the Peri Peri hiccup, the service was a dream. Speedy delivery and a server who was on the ball? Yes, please! They were like culinary ninjas, getting my food to me fast and with a smile. So, here's the delicious breakdown: Biryani Bliss: Imagine soft, aromatic Kaima rice, perfectly seasoned, and a burst of flavor with extra masala. It's a must-try! Peri Peri Panic: Proceed with caution, my friends. This one's for the hardcore salt and tang lovers. Service Superstars: Fast, friendly, and efficient – they've got your back! Irani Kuzhimandi is a solid spot for a satisfying Biryani fix. Just remember, when it comes to the Peri Peri Alfaham, you've been warned! Happy eating, fellow...
Read moreI would give this outlet just 1 star, mainly because the service was very poor, the food didn’t taste good and there was no proper parking available. Among all the dishes we tried, only the Peri Peri Alfaham was decent. There’s no dedicated parking, so you have to park on the roadside, which is really inconvenient. As for the service, it was extremely frustrating. The staff member taking our order was unwilling and unhelpful. First, he said only chicken was available. But when I asked for a chicken dish, he told me it would take too long to prepare and asked to order something else. When I got annoyed and asked what is actually available, he went back to saying chicken dishes are available. I don’t understand the logic—it felt like a complete waste of time. We finally ordered, deciding to wait even if the dish took time. But after all that, the dish came out undercooked, which was unacceptable. Prices are high and not justified by the quality. One of my friends ordered mandi (since it’s in the restaurant's name) and even that was below average in taste. Overall, a total waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreFood is okay. Normal food. Nothing more. Price is little higher. The restaurant is small. If you go with 4 people it is okay. But, for more people, they can really accommodate. And people can't walk to wash freely, as the space is small. I don't feel like a big restaurant. It lacks privacy. When we dine in , cost is the only thing which makes us think, it is big restaurant. Coming to the cleanliness, it is not that much clean. And they even don't know what mint soda lime is.
Even if all other things gone down of expectations, I would rather give 4 star, if the price was not high with this facility.
I strongly believe that, its over priced with this facility.
Should have decreased price or increased the facility.
Better try Mandi from baital or Arif Mandi near tvm technopark. Then you will find the best Mandi.
Customer relationship is best. Food is good. Cleanliness is bad. Space is one main problem. Overpriced with...
