KFC — Restaurant in Kerala

These are the things which we noticed when we checked in at KFC, Kollam.

(1) Seating Only seating at ground floor due to some maintenance and constructions at floors above. So we had to wait little till we got a table to dine in.

(2) Order Serving Time We were asked to wait for 20 minutes to serve but luckily less customers were there, so served us in 10 minutes. Served items were hot and fresh especially chicken which was properly cooked with signature taste of KFC.

(3) Menu All foods were not available mentioned in the menu. Smoky Grilled Chicken was not available because of the complaint of the machine as informed by the staff at billing. Also felt quantity of French Fries was less. Some Broasted Chicken pieces was also small in size even though they taste same great KFC recipe.

(4) Car Parking There is issue in parking lot. Only few cars can be parked in front of the restaurant. We parked our car opposite side of the road to the restaurant.

(5) Bad Odour We noticed bad foul smell in the premises of the restaurant. Even though the smell was less inside the restaurant because of the closed glass doors and air conditioning, the smell would enter when someone opens the entrance door. We found out from where the odour came. Sorry to say it came from the drainage hole containing sewage water which was flowing in front of the restaurant where cars were parked and customers have to enter and exit and from restaurant walking over this dirty smelly sewage water. It is actually unhygienic pathetic condition which may cause unhealthy situations.

(6) Cleanliness The restaurant lacks cleanliness overall. Toilets were dirty, smelly not maintained properly. Wash basins were no clean. Air hand drier not working. Not tissue to clean hands in toilet and near washbasin. Cleaning table before serving next customer was not up to mark. Food waste and spills on the floor remained unclean even next...

Please don't go kollam KFC 🍗❌❌❌ This is my genuine review totally disappointed their service and staff attitude. They don't care of customers just want to sell their products at any cost. Yesterday ordered One big and small buckets of from KFC kollam branch for Rs 1000 +.It is not even a taste of broasted chicken from outside broasted shops.The chicken is not tender it is very hard and taste like cooked in old Oil. My parents and child not eat anything because of their worst chicken.

Iam surprised they are not ready to give Bun ,Fries 🍟 or Coleslaw with our orders. We need to buy all seperate. So anybody have to sit and eat their inside we need to pay and buy buns from them it is not included with their package or bring Roti or Bun from our home 😂 like a picnic.

I took take away and requested the counter boy to provide the Bottle pepsi instead of my 3 Glass pepsi. He neglect my request and forced to give pepsi in cups with ice cubes. I was alone in my car after reached my home my car floor mat was spoiled by opened pepsi cups. Dips also not not good. Wait there almost 1hrs to take delivery.
