Disappointing Experience - Poor Customer Service

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Veg Way TODAY. As a mother with my 3-year-old son, I was looking forward to a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the cashier's behavior left a sour taste.

The main issue that hurt me was when we were rushed to finish feeding my toddler, who was still eating. The cashier seemed impatient and murmured rudely, asking us to leave due to closing time. We were not informed about the closing time earlier, which would have helped us plan accordingly.

As a mother, it's distressing to be rushed while feeding my child, especially when they're still young and need time to eat. The cashier's behavior was unacceptable and inconsiderate.

Needless to say, this experience has left a bad impression, and I would not recommend Veg Way to my friends, family, or relatives.

Owner's attention required: Improve staff training, particularly for cashiers, on customer service and communication, especially when dealing with families with young children. A little empathy and understanding would go a long way in making customers...

Veg way is a quality vegetarian hotel in the city. Entering inside itself take you to the world of ghee and butter with the smell. There is enough space to sit but in some peak time its so hard to sitdown and eat. I feel like it takes more time for preperation and if its the peak time you have to wait more than 30 mins. Not much of a visual ambience is created but the smell and the dishes will solve that slot. Good food. I am a lover of vadas. Some times they runout of vadas in evening. Main problem to convey is parking. There is no proper parming space for cars which is a major problem. There are no carbonated drinks available. There are 2 floors and sometimes it takes more time to take order in the 1st floor. Special masala dosa is my favourite which ia a paneer masala dosa... 80rs. Regualr masala dosa costs about 40rs. Must try. Feel like its the best veg...

Extremely Disappointing Experience*

I recently visited Veg Way Restaurant with my family, including my 3-year-old son, and had a terrible experience. The food and service were decent, but the behavior of the cash-collecting staff was appalling.

As we were finishing our meal, he rudely instructed us to leave immediately, citing that the hotel was closing. What's worse is that he didn't even inform us about the closing time when we arrived or when I paid the bill. His tone and behavior were unacceptable, especially in front of my family.

As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy, especially when I'm paying for a service. The fact that my family, including a young child, was present made the experience even more unpleasant.

Needless to say, I will not be recommending Veg Way Restaurant to anyone, and I would advise others to think twice...
