Utterly disappointed with the awful service
We were a group of six, decided to have lunch at Asife. We have telephoned the restaurant one hour in advance and ordered Chicken Biriyani medium bucket and BBQ Chicken to avoid inconvenience, as we were in a hurry. The gentleman who received the call assured us the table will be available and order will be kept ready.
To our dismay when we arrived at the restaurant we were informed that Chicken Biriyani was over ! They later informed us to wait for another 20-25 minutes for serving fresh chicken Biriyani. (To avoid this delay we ordered in advance)
The staff were lousy and didn’t give a damn about our time. We called up the restaurant number again to check on the person, and the guy at the billing counter picked up. When we countered him, he was like “I have informed the kitchen but they didn’t keep aside the order, wait for some more time”
We were already hungry and getting late to find another restaurant, decided to wait. The chicken biriyani bucket was delivered on our table after 35-40 minutes and the guy was reluctant to serve. He left it at the table and went away. We had to again talk to several staff members and then one guy came and served after 3-4 minutes.
The Biriyani rice was sticky/ overcooked and not up to the usual Asife standards. Forget casual dining, this was one of the worst dining experiences. The restaurant is managed by bunch of guys who are not properly inclined to address customers.
Asife team, if you are reading this mend your ways. Your biriyanis were one of the best in Kollam but the dining experience is despicable. All this being said I may still order food online, just for the love of biriyanis, but forget dining...
Read moreAasife Biriyani is undoubtedly one of the best places in the city to enjoy a top-class biriyani. I recently ordered their chicken biriyani, and it was nothing short of amazing. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with tender, juicy pieces of chicken perfectly cooked with aromatic rice. Every bite felt like a burst of authentic flavors, making it one of the finest biriyanis I’ve had in a while.
The atmosphere at Aasife Biriyani is calm yet vibrant, providing a great dining experience. The ambiance feels cozy, with soft lighting and a comfortable seating arrangement, making it ideal for a relaxed meal with friends or family.
The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that you have a pleasant experience. The service is prompt, and they are more than happy to accommodate any special requests.
When it comes to pricing, Aasife Biriyani offers great value for money. The quality and quantity of the food are well worth the price, making it a highly recommended spot for anyone craving an exceptional biriyani...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered two Chicken 65 Biryanis and one Mutton Biryani. However, the Chicken 65 Biryanis barely had any chicken—just three tiny pieces in each. For the price of ₹270 per Chicken 65 Biryani, plus an additional ₹40 delivery fee, this was completely unacceptable.
It's not about the high price; it's about the lack of value. If you're charging a premium, at least provide a sufficient quantity of food. This felt like blatant looting. The owner seems more focused on making money than ensuring customer satisfaction.
I even called them the same day to raise my concern. The response I received was, "Let me talk to the owner lady and call you back." Unfortunately, I never got a callback.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t waste your money here. There are better, more reliable options elsewhere.
Trivandrum Saranya mess biriyani is better than this and more quantity and only cost around 200....
