KFC — Restaurant in Kerala

I visited KFC at the kochi Airport (Domestic Terminal) on 15 Oct between 8:30 and 9AM, just before my 9:25 AM flight to Tirupati. To my surprise, while customers were waiting for their orders,a male staff member was seen physically lifting a female staff member inside the counter area — laughing and playing around instead of attending to customers.This was highly unprofessional and inappropriate behavior,especially at an airport outlet where people expect quick service and basic decorum. Food: Pretty standard burgers as expected from the franchise — reliable, familiar, and safe. Exactly the kind of food you’d want before a flight; comforting and unlikely to upset your stomach mid-air.

Customer Service: Self-service setup, as is typical across KFC outlets. Efficient and straightforward.

Ambience: The space could use a bit of a refresh. The lighting was dim and the decor felt slightly outdated, which took away from the otherwise consistent KFC experience.

This eatery is inside the Cochin Domestic Airport. The best place to have a quick bite before boarding your flight. KFC is easily notable and it's just near /on the way to the Domestic lounge. They have a pretty decent seating area. Best part is you can buy your favourite meal, be it a bucket of chicken or burger and take it with you and enjoy in your flight.
