McDonald's Edachira — Restaurant in Kerala

Let me share my experience.

Last week there were some guest at my apartment. My nephew want to eat happy meal. Since corona wat at peak we decided to take away. There was options like Swiggy and Zomato but we decided to go directly and take the parcel.

We reach the pace and person at the counter explained bus about ordinary and premium burgers. We ordered

2 happy meal 2 American chicken burger 2 American veg burger MC fried chicken and two drinks.

They delivered the order to the parked car with in 10 minutes.

When we reach home it was found that two American chicken burgers was missing in the packet.

So I find the nunmber from Google and tell them that two burgers are missing. After 10 minutes they delivered at my apartment and when check the packet one burger was again missing.

The guy did some phone calls and again confirmed that one buger is missing.

After 15 minutes they delivered vthemissing item.

It took around 30 minutes to get the complete items that I ordered. With in this time the items delivered first loses the temparature and may be because of that it doesn't feel delecious.

One week after this incident, I went there alone and ordered a premium burger. This time also they made mistake by delivering non premium item.

I am a regular customer of MC, and I wish to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have experienced at the Infopark branch related to food quality.

On the night of December 31, 2024, at approximately 11:30 PM, my wife and I ordered a Maharaja Burger from this branch. Due to some circumstances, we took the food back to our flat, which is approximately 2 kilometers away. While eating, we noticed the burger felt unusually soft and had a strange texture. Upon inspecting it further, we discovered that the chicken patty was not cooked—it was raw and emitted a smell that made us feel nauseated.

This is not the first time we have faced quality issues with food from the Infopark branch, which is deeply disappointing. As loyal customers, we expect a certain standard of food safety and quality, which has clearly not been met.

I kindly request that you address this matter urgently to ensure such incidents do not recur. Additionally, I recommend reviewing the food preparation processes at this branch to maintain the standards MC is known for.
