McDonald's has consistently proven to be a reliable and welcoming fast-food option, and my recent experience reinforced this positive reputation. One notable aspect was the pleasantly surprising lack of crowds during my visit. Read moreNever EVER order food from McDonald's (Maradu - Abad Nucleus Mall) during evenings. I'm not certain of the availability of food and the speed at which you get it delivered during daytime (till 5pm maybe). But after that time, DO NOT ORDER AT McD directly or through Swiggy / Zomato. They want to take orders and accept everything that comes their way and ultimately Swiggy / Zomato Customer Support will end up calling you saying McD cannot deliver the food as they are out of stock. There are a maximum of 5 staff at the Maradu outlet, if that be the case they should limit the number of orders taken. Once they accept the order, make the customer wait for 45 minutes and then have the delivery partner call and inform that they are out of stock of food is thoroughly pitiful and disturbs the goodwill of McD. And you can also expect the restaurant or delivery partners to call you back saying that certain items are not available. Footnote: think of other alternatives. You can try driving in at Vytilla McD and getting your food which is a much faster and...

To add insult to injury, the shakes were served cold and would not be provided without ice, purportedly due to concerns about the quantity being less without it. This policy not only seemed arbitrary but also resulted in an unsatisfactory dining experience.
It came as no surprise that the restaurant was largely empty...
