Best Bakers — Restaurant in Kerala

Staff in this particular joint is really unprofessional. I brought some sweets here today. I could see the scale was not showing correct reading. I asked them to re check. Weight was indeed less than what they billed for. They came with all kinds of funny explanations. Anyway I am not in a mood to engage in futile talks. When you order something and you pack up with less than what a customer has to pay is such cheap trick. I really wonder why should best Baker do that. The lady behind the counter do not look at the customer or not even bother to ask about the matter. While paying for the item she is busy over the phone, not bother to make eye contact, not at all friendly. When returning the balance amount she does a quick gesture as if paying off to charity. Weighing things less is outright cheating and deceitful. Come on, you guys are better than this. Please take this review in a positive sense and do train your staff. Me for one won't be returning to this joint...

Best is always best in the business, but last week I was @Maradu best bakes having a quick snack and waiting for my friend to show up.... He came in and we had to leave in a rush... So I took food in my hand and we left paying the lady behind the counter.... She saw that I was in a rush and purposefully she gave me a completely torn 50rs. currency in folded form and I kept in my pocket and left all of a sudden.... which I noticed few hours later after I left.... That was a really cheap move from her part.... As I mentioned earlier u guys do the best baking around.... But also watch out for the quality of staff that u appoint.... I am totally dissatisfied... now onwards I will think twice before buying something...

Located near Kundanoor junction on the way to Tripunithura. This bakery is one among the famous chains of bakery The Best bakers. The items here are usually trustworthy, safe and tasty at the same time. But last time I bought cupcakes which were quite old and smelled rotten. Another fried item I bought was good though. I think I went to the bakery when the fresh items were actually putting in. So I guess I was given the last set of the previous week. This has to be taken care from the side of the bakery. Since it is connected with food and health of people, old items should be immediately replaced and removed from the public. Should not be given to...
