I recently dined at Nambudiries Restaurant, Guruvayur(west gate), and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The food was a major letdown: dishes were either bland or overcooked, lacking the flavor and freshness one would expect. The portion sizes were inconsistent, and some items were served lukewarm, indicating a lack of attention to detail.The service was equally disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, we waited an unreasonably long time for our orders to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. When we tried to get the attention of the staff, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful.To make matters worse, the staff exhibited an arrogant attitude to stop us while we were trying to pay bill using digital payment,that made us feel unwelcome. Instead of addressing our concerns with courtesy or professionalism, they responded dismissively and seemed more focused on their own conversations than on providing good service.Overall, Nambudiries Restaurant fell short in every aspect of dining. The server, Krishna, was very polite and made us feel comfortable with his courteous service — I truly appreciate his efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. However, the lady servers were quite rude, which spoiled part of the experience. The food taste and quality were decent, nothing to complain about there. The fan and ventilation need major improvement, as it felt quite uncomfortable inside.

Had a very worst experience. The service was so bad. The suppliers behaved so rudely. They were so late to deliver the food that we ordered. They won't give food if we ask again. We ordered sadhya and we asked curry for second time,they didn't give us. They were not serving properly. They were serving the food as like they are throwing the food us at. So I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone who want to eat good food...
