Worst Customer service

Our family (8 children and 8 adult ) got starved after come from swim so we decided to Enter this restaurant name ‘Calicut white house’ We order 2 full mandhi and 4 biriyani After some time the mandhi has arrived but one plate has full quantity and another one have less quantity we didn’t tell any complaints for that after that we ask for extra rice they tell we cant give you if you want you want to pay extra money do we decided to call cashier he tell the rice had over if you want biriyani rice you want pay extra so . In this ongoing sutuation a 2 of people come and tell the cashier that they order something and they payed 420 45 minutes ago but didnt get the cashier tell to them that wait for 30 minutes extra they tell they want there money back

I went with my family at night. We order quarter normal chicken mandhi.. resqusted chest portion.. he agreed.. then we ordered chapathi and Veg kuruma only..he was unhappy with our order because it's only for 2. After this, he said that we can't choose any specific portion for mandhi.

Regarding the quality of food, mandhi chicken was horrible, and rice smelled like steamed. Worst chicken mandhi i ever had in my life. Chapathi was very hard, and Veg kuruma was again horrible. Vegetables tasted like old. Totally poor food quality and food serving under unhygienic situation ⚠️Food poison⚠️

We informed these to the person who sat in the bill counter, most likely the owner, and his attitude was like ' venel kazhicha mathi'.
