I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all, the service was terrible—probably the worst I’ve encountered in a long time. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service.
To make matters worse, the food was far from good. For the price, I expected at least decent quality, but it was bland and lacked any real flavor.
We ordered two fresh lime drinks before our main course, but they never arrived, even though we reminded them multiple times. To top it off, we waited around 15 minutes after we finished our meal just to get the bill. Ridiculously slow and disorganized.

Read moreRoyal Food court is located in Aluva Munnar road near private bus stand Perumbavoor. They have a very big Bakery in the ground floor and decent sized restaurant in the first floor. Bakery is really good , you can find all the local and Malabar varieties there. Various cake options are available all over the day. Restaurant is the pain point. I have tried at least 4-5 times in last 2 years non of the visits were near satisfactory. In the most recent outing we tried there Chicken Biriyani and beef roast. Both were no where close to the actual taste we expect. Biriyani doesn’t even have any flavor. Giving full stars for there Bakery and no stars for their restaurant....
Read moreWe ordered one veg biryani and one chicken biryani. Both the biryani served with good quantity but their quality of preparation is very very much poor. They served us yesterday's biryani. The chicken pieces are very hard when I ate and the the masala is mixed with rice is very bad taste, little smell and served the food without hot. Same as veg biryani, masala mixed with rice is very bad taste. I love biryani very much and I ate many restaurants but this type of preparation i didn't like and unhappy. I already posted the photos of biryani. I visited this restaurant for 1st time. Also they served the dishes with broken bowl (raita)and glass (water) shared...
