Pizza Hut | Kalamassery, Kochi — Restaurant in Kerala

We had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. We ordered a personal Schezwan Margherita, a personal Spicy Delight, and a free personal Margherita (claimed via a valid coupon). However, the order we received included two plain Margherita pizzas and garlic bread—completely different from what we ordered.

We tried calling the outlet multiple times, but the phone was switched off. Thankfully, the delivery partner (an outsourced driver) was kind enough to go back to the outlet and connect us to the staff. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff tried to justify the wrong delivery by saying “the garlic bread has the same toppings as the pizza, just different dough”—which honestly made no sense.

When we politely pointed out the issue and explained we were already hungry in our hostel, they simply said we could claim the correct items in the next order. But why should we have to wait when we ordered and expected everything correctly the first time?

Overall, very poor service and handling of a simple customer concern. We didn’t expect such behavior from a brand like Pizza Hut.

Update: After posting our reviews, we received a refund of ₹145 as compensation. While we appreciate the gesture, the overall experience and lack of proper customer service still left us...

We ordered a Personal Schezwan Margherita, a Cheesy Spicy Delight, and a free Personal Margherita pizza. However, we received two Personal Schezwan Margheritas and garlic bread instead. When we tried to inform them via the phone number listed on their website, it was switched off. We contacted them through the delivery partner, but instead of apologizing, they justified their mistake by claiming that garlic bread uses the same dough and toppings as the Cheesy Spicy Delight. This was very disappointing, as we were starving and had been eagerly waiting for our food. We didn’t expect such poor service and are deeply dissatisfied.

Extremely poor service. There was no track on the order placed, not at all responding to calls not calling back. Had to cancel the order placed. Never buy from this branch_ Further, when I cancelled my order, the customer care executive said I will get my back in 3 to 4 days. That didn't happen and I went to the branch asking for the status on 10th of may (order was placed on 1st may 2024). The guy in the counter promised me that he will give an update by 9 pm the same day. Till now (12th may) I have not received any update not they are picking up my calls. What is going on???? Where is my money??? 25/05/2024: still there is no response, neither my money is refunded. 04/06/2024: Still no response, even my advocate tried to connect but no response. Money not refunded back yet, not even any...
