We had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. We ordered a personal Schezwan Margherita, a personal Spicy Delight, and a free personal Margherita (claimed via a valid coupon). However, the order we received included two plain Margherita pizzas and garlic bread—completely different from what we ordered.
We tried calling the outlet multiple times, but the phone was switched off. Thankfully, the delivery partner (an outsourced driver) was kind enough to go back to the outlet and connect us to the staff. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff tried to justify the wrong delivery by saying “the garlic bread has the same toppings as the pizza, just different dough”—which honestly made no sense.
When we politely pointed out the issue and explained we were already hungry in our hostel, they simply said we could claim the correct items in the next order. But why should we have to wait when we ordered and expected everything correctly the first time?
Overall, very poor service and handling of a simple customer concern. We didn’t expect such behavior from a brand like Pizza Hut.
Update: After posting our reviews, we received a refund of ₹145 as compensation. While we appreciate the gesture, the overall experience and lack of proper customer service still left us...

Never buy from this branch_ Further, when I cancelled my order, the customer care executive said I will get my back in 3 to 4 days.
