I recently had the pleasure of dining at Suprabatham Pure Veg Restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The ambience of the restaurant is top-notch, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for a casual meal or a special outing. The decor is tastefully done, creating a serene environment that enhances the dining experience.
One of the best aspects of Suprabatham is its location. Nestled conveniently near the Kozhikode city town center, the restaurant is easily accessible. The road beside it has less traffic, making it simple to reach and providing ample parking space, which is always a plus!
During my visit, I noticed how busy the restaurant gets during lunchtime, a testament to its popularity among locals and visitors alike. The efficient service staff ensures that even when crowded, the quality of service remains high, and you don’t have to wait too long to enjoy your meal.
The menu features a wide variety of vegetarian dishes, showcasing the rich flavors of Indian cuisine. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious, with generous portions that left us satisfied. Whether you're a local or just passing through Kozhikode, I highly recommend stopping by Suprabatham Pure Veg Restaurant for a tasty meal in a pleasant setting. I look forward to returning to explore more of their...
Read moreSuprabatham restaurant is a good choice for vegetarians. We ordered ghee roast, masala dosa, onion uthappam, cheese dosa and clole bhature. The food was tasty. Chole bhature and onion uthappam were excellent and a must try. They serve three different chutneys and sambar, it was something different from other restaurants. One among the three chutney is a phudhina chutney and it is excellent. Talking about taste, I should say that this Surabatham restaurant is much better than the one near beach. I found the food to be much tastier. There are not many tables in this restaurant and it can be very crowded. You will have to wait to get a table. So if you are in a hurry, this restaurant is not for you. Parking is also an issue, especially in the morning hours. I heard that they have a third restaurant near eranhipalam, where they serve different types of dosa, it reminded me of pai's thattukada at Cochin. Will definitely try it out. Did hear good reviews about the place from relatives and friends. The service at the restaurant is good and can be better. I suggest hitting this place for a quick breakfast or late in the evening when it is not too crowded. There is nothing much to talk about the ambience, just a normal restaurant. All in all a good restaurant for a...
Read moreWorst service, particularly in case of take-aways. It takes more than 15 minutes to deliver any item. Even readymade items such as Vada or Idli will take more than 10 minutes. If you are thinking that they are oven heating and giving you are wrong. Once a person vacates the seat, it takes another 10 minutes to clean the table. Manager cum Biller is good for nothing person. Food is just average.
Listing the takeaway magics experienced by me. First time, took 4 Vadas as parcel, when opened at home, it was 2 Vadas and 2 Idlis without any chutney / sambar. Second time, it was Poori Bhaji, when opened, the magic continued, Bhaji has vanished. Today morning, ordered Ghee Roast, was billed for Masala Dosa, he said both are having the same rates. Later my wife ordered one Masala Dosa and 2 Pazhampori (Banana fritters), when opened, Pazhampori is ‘Ghayab’ vanished. When saw the bill, instead of Pazhampori, it is billed for Special Tea. They are taking the take-away customers for granted, thinking that they would hesitate to come back and complain. They have removed the phone number from Google listing.
Also, the restaurant is not following the rules of displaying the price list of the items.
Never again.
