We ordered Casa's special Chicken Dum Biriyani and touchings fry via Zomato after reading some favourable reviews. The service was prompt, and the items were delivered without much delay. It was well packed in a tight plastic container. The container itself was attractive, and kudos to them for their careful packing. Personally, I liked their chicken biriyani very much and it was scrumptious. The quantity of the biriyani was impressive and it is ample to fill one's tummy. The biriyani contained 2 good pieces of well cooked and tendered chicken along with one hard-boiled egg. The rice used is of long grain type and it was exquisitely adorned with cashew nuts, raisins, fried onions, cherry, and coriander leaves. It appeared to be wealthy in its entirety. I personally suggest you to try this dish the price incurred for me was Rs 240. I am not sure whether the same amount will be charged if you go for a dine-in experience. Touchings fry is a plate of miniature chicken chunks (contains bones) that we can serve as an appetiser. The flavour was delectable, and it arrived in a plastic container similar to that used for the Biriyani. I got the impression they were adding colours to the dish to enhance the flavour, as I noticed red colour in the chicken meat. Due to the small size of the pieces, they could have made it as a boneless dish, which would have been more convenient for us.

Five stars are deserved for this restaurant. The food and ambience there are of very high quality. All the food tastes good and that too at a reasonable price. My favorite place to eat in Thrissur is here. American roasted chicken and roasted potatoes are my favorites.

But Nov 16 My experience there led me to give 2 stars.

I had a very bad experience with the customer service at the parcel pickup counter. A two-year-old child was thirsty, so I bought a bottle of water. First, I requested a disposable glass for the child.but it was not there available, I asked for the normal glass to drink and give it back to them. I explained many times the child need water please give a glass.but they still didn't take a glass & not helped . I won't write a negative review for this restaurant. Im writing this review for staffs who dnt have human consideration.

During on that time I ordered the American Roasted Chicken and Porotta. After paying the bill, I came to know that there is a 25 minute waiting period after waiting for 35 minutes. When I didn't get the item, I showed the bill and realized that my food had been sitting there for some time. I had ordered juice on the bill and after 15 minutes, when I showed the bill, they delivered the juice. At that time, the other items in the bill were not available at the counter, so I waited there. Even after I waited infront of them, the staffs at the pick up counter were not paying attention even i submitted bill earlier. I have visited lot of restaurants &their staffs is very happy to help customers. Food & Ambience : 5/5 Parsel customer service: 0/5
