Yesterday I bought two piece chicken from the shop and the staff named Jithu gave me a pack which had only one piece when I opened it at my home. Today I went to the shop and said about this. I had a bad experience from the staff and he denied that he had mistakenly packed only one. I can understand that anyone can make mistake but he asked me if I have a photo to prove it. I do not have any reason to go to a shop and tell them about a chicken piece as if I am so much deprived of money and food. I walked away saying this at the counter and none of the staff took any initiative to talk to me or apologise. I would aak the owner to give training on customer service to the staff in your business. I have simply lost Rs.110/- because of the carelessness of the staff and been blamed for trying to cheat. Very pathetic...
