My family and I had an opportunity to dine in at the Slate & Pearl restaurant, Sterling Kodai Lake resort today. I would like to sincerely compliment Sangramjit and Surav, the restaurant staff for their outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. They anticipated our needs without us having to ask and made thoughtful recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and efficiency did not go unnoticed. It's rare to come across such dedicated service, and they truly made our meal memorable. Kodaikanal's newest and most amazing restaurant. There is nothing like this place in Kodaikanal. The outdoor seating is amazing - you get to enjoy the weather 😍 I love the vintage indoor ambience also, it's just gorgeous. The best part is that you can see the lake but you are far away from the crowded noisy part of the lake.

The food is phenomenal, you don't get this kind of food - especially the south Indian fusion ANYWHERE in Kodaikanal.

I absolutely love the Kodai Carrot Hummus and the Milagu Paalkatti - genius serving with kozhambu and on fried IDIYAPPAM. The Chicken Kurumilagu is also insane. Perfectly spicy, magical for the weather.
