Recently visited Ahar which is located near sealdah. It was a bengali cuisine old restaurant and it is a popular destination for Bengali food lovers, offering an authentic taste of traditional Bengali cuisine... We have tried their basic veg meal with bhetki mach er paturi and pomfret fish, nd it was worth it. The fish were so fresh and well cooked and the aroma of the food was something so soothing. It's a must try place for Bengali food lovers in a pocket friendly price but the surrounding and ambience is not like a big restaurant and its also non AC but that didn't bothered us because their warm welcoming behavior and good quality of food..Hope to go soon to try their other fish...
