Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Kolkata

Usually they always come out to our car and give our order (never been an issue before especially during these Covid times). Today we asked and they rudely said we had to come in, no other options. I explained that they always come out, and he said NO, THE MAN WHO USED TO WORK HERE LEFT AND WE WILL NOT COME OUT. definitely lost our business (and we purchased from there almost 3-5 times a week). I would have put 0 stars but that's not an option...very...

Very disappointed. Firstly they served the ice cream which had ice in it. Had to chew the ice while having it. Secondly, on asking the person to serve us small he told us it is regular and served it. We did not know that it was the medium size because we are not regulars. He tricked us into buying the medium size ice cream and on top of that served ice cream which had gone bad....

Easy accessibility and right on the main road. The staff is courteous and prompt. The flavours of various ice creams are always present whenever I've visited and is fresh. The store is spacious and has ample sitting...
