Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Kolkata

Being a die hard ice-cream lover, I am a fan of baskin Robbins but this rating is for the rude staff at Mani sq baskin Robbins. Rude is an understatement leave alone customers they don't even know how to talk to women. Just bcoz I was using a little voucher, they I'll treated me and got into a fight and what for...All I had asked them for was to give the scoops in two different cups. They gave me two different flavours in one cup saying little vala me cup nahi de sakte. When I asked if cld taste again they said little vala me tasting allowed nahi hai. They abused me too.And when I told that I might raise a complaint they told me kar lijiye Jo bhi karna hai..I wld never visit this outlet again. I hope some action is taken, these ppl r spoiling baskin...

The quality of the ice creams is A-class, but the prices are too high in terms of the quantity. The service was too late, we visited the kankurgachi outlet around 9.30 pm. For trying out the delicacies, but the seating arrangement wasn't even placed properly, we somehow moved a overturned table to sit on available stools to have our order. Expected a better service. Nevertheless the ice cream quality is too good and the decoration was...

Their range and variety is not that good. When i asked for tall glass sundae they did not have it. When enquired about chocolate ice creams they didn’t have any and mentioned that they were out of stock. Had to settle with the butterscotch variant it was nice one...
