High quality and high priced products (sweets, snacks, flowers and decorative items) available.

But, experience may not be good because their behaviour may depend on your external appearance. If you are dressed like a "rich Marwari (a particular community of people in India)" then you can have a good experience. Otherwise, your experience is unpredictable.

I am confident about what I wrote in my review because I stay in the vicinity of this shop and visit this shop...

Highly dissatisfied with the quality of Alphonzo mangoes that i ordered online as gift to somebody. All the 10 out of 12 mangoes were rotten from inside. They charged high for the mangoes but quality was so so bad. I did send them the snapshot of mangoes and complained them, they said they will look into the matter and get back but they never got back. Never expected such bad quality of item and customer service from a brand...

I ordered food from Bangalore to be deliver to kolkata address. Informed and requested 10 times that we would need items only without onion and garlic. Rohit who took the calls like true salesman confirmed all items are without onion and garlic. Every item had onion and garlic that was sent. I suggest to not TRUST the shop. This shop should not be trusted. Stay away...
