Even after placing a diwali order on 24th September 2025, expecting a delivery on 17th Oct at 1.30PM, Mr. Ratan from Bhikaner Kankurgachi Store made no effort to deliver on time. He had discussed that 100 packets would be delivered priced at 300 each packet of Kaju Katli, totalling to INR 30000. Even after following up from the morning, Mr.Ratan made no communication regarding delivery because "his shop was busy". After calling him atleast 50 times, he picled up the call at 5.45 to let us know that the order is out for Delivery. I had courier schedules and diwali gift deadlines to meet, important clients to send the gifts to, but alas Mr. Ratan decided to harrass me and drop my face in front of my entire clientele.

Placing an order days prior and expecting commitment from Bhikharam Chandmal was a huge mistake which costed me another INR 60000 in purchasing new sweet packets to send to my client, additional express delivery costs to ensure that my clients recieve it on time.

I purchased the ladoo on 26 November 2017 from Bhikharam chandmal, kankurgachi. and when I opened the box in home, whole box with laddo was Termite (Deemak) affected. I just cant believed how poor quality food Bhikharam Chandmal are giving and playing with our and our children life and health. Just see the video and images yourself I attach herewith. how can they sell sweets in such manner I just dont get it. even if anyone just take box in hand you will able to see the whole box condition so how can their shop people selling them.
