Extremely Disappointed with The Baklava Box – Poor Service & False Promises

I placed an order with The Baklava Box on 9th March 2025, expecting it well in time for the Eid festival, as they promised delivery before Eid. Unfortunately, what followed was a month-long nightmare. I finally received the order on 11th April 2025—long after Eid was over.

Throughout this period, the customer support was absolutely pathetic. I tried reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp, but there was no response. I even called them directly—no one picked up, and my emails went unanswered as well. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding all communication.

To make matters worse, they sent me a total of three different tracking numbers, and each one showed 'pickup cancelled by seller'. This just added to the confusion and frustration.

They made a promise, took the order, and then failed miserably to deliver both the product on time and even basic customer service. This was supposed to be a special treat for Eid, but instead, it turned into a complete letdown.

I would not recommend The Baklava Box to anyone who values timely delivery and respectful customer service. Think twice...

This brand used to be expensive but good with great taste. Suppose its history now. Ordered sweets and rakhi from this shop. It was a simbolisation of my kids first rakhi to her little brother. The parcel arrived after two days of rakhi. Sadly the sweets reached with no rakhi and greetings card. I complained immediately, and was assured the rakhi and greetings card would be delivered. Since then there was no further confirmation sent. I checked with them after one week and was informed the parcel was not yet dispatched and would be done next week. I was heartbroken as the company had zero empathy and interest for customer retention. Its fine to do a mistake but here The baklava box had completely ruined the occation and i hope the same happens with the owner as well. Finally they refunded me 100 rs as the cost of two rakhis and greetings card. I bet if you buy rakhis from them it...

Don't don't order from the cheapest baklava box store! I have ordered a baklava box through a cred offer on June 6th,now the date is June 23. There is no update from their side. I can see the tracking where I found the shipping was cancelled by the seller multiple times. If you are not able to deliver a product on time,who asked you to come to e-commerce business. I felt disappointed and frustrated whenever the order is not even shipped. I don't know what they are doing from their end. They keep the money once we order it and sitting idle without giving any response. Dont choose this pathetic store. Learn from other sweet vendors. Have you read their cancellation policy?
