Going by earlier great experience I had at the chain of outlet Chai Break, we decided to catch up at the kkg outlet for breakfast. However, it wasn't a grt time we had at this chai break. The staff neither courteous nor did he have the knack to deal with guests. In a competitive hospitality industry where customer has always been the king and is a totally service driven sector, the most important component becomes service and guest handling. Food, quality, taste and of course ambience all being very important for an overall experience. The taste of the food was fine to comment in terms of taste and quality.

The staff wasn't well aware of the preparations and ingredients of the dishes that were being served on the menu. They were not ready to customize dishes as simple as sandwiches, which ultimately got done once we fought it out for additional charges. There was no manager or supervisor on the floor to take care of the situation at 11 am in morning.

Overall, wouldn't recommend the place to fellow prospective people who plan to explore this join in kkg.
