Worst experience ever, please check on your service to make it better, or hire experienced people. Went to this Lake mall outlet with a friend. Ordered one Hazelnut cappuccino and one latte. My friend completed her latte quickly and I was finishing mine while talking with her it was not even 10 minutes, when one employee came and let me know I had to vacate my table as some other people were waiting but I saw a vacant place on some other places too. I pointed there and told them please arrange some other place I am finishing my coffee and I am between a conversation we will finish soon and leave. But he insisted that I should finish my coffee ASAP and make space for other people, as it's indicated that I am sitting there for a longer time, which was completely invalid as I saw many people sitting there still, who came before me and finished their coffee and only chatting. I let the employee know my displeasure but he made it seem like, I am really doing something wrong by sitting there chatting and finishing my coffee. What's the point of running a cafe and calling it a cafe while people can't even sit and chat. And also why is there discrimination while i have to finish fast and some other people can just hang as long as they want. Am I paying any less for my food and experience, to be treated like that. I really hate going to CCD now. Never recommended and...

Horrific experience. On 31st march four of our family members went to lake mall...we had a delicious lunch @oudh1590 before entering into the mall..suddenly one of our family members fell sick and started coughing very strangely..we decided to visit CCD so that he can have a sip of coffee and he will be okay soon... As we were full we decided not to order anything for 3 of us. But went to order Capuchino for the sick person.. They told us That Card payment can't be accepted.. Only Cash payment option is there... Even after that i went for cash payments.. Suddenly The girl in Cash section asker me Sir you are 4 people so you Can't order only one Veg coffee combo .. I told her " madam this person is sick so he needs coffee urgently to arrest his coughing and headache.." She consistently denied me to serve single coffee as we were four in numbers..and asked us to leave if We camt fulfull her criterion.. I told her "madam,if you can accept card i can order for two.." as we Were running low on cash.. But she was unmoved and told us to Buy minimum 3 items for four people by cash... We were forced to leave the place with such a sickening person... There was no sorry or guilty feelings from there side... They were rude...in behaviour and...

Horrible experience. We ordered a Cappuccino, a Crunchy Frappe, and a Watermelon Granita. To order we had to repeat the same thing like ten times before they got it right. Within ten minutes of ordering, they served the machine-made cappuccino. We asked about the rest of the order and they said it'll take some time. We waited. Then they served the Crunchy Frappe. It was horrible. There was no crunch (crushed Oreos) like was mentioned on the menu card. We complained about it and they took it back only to add like half an oreo on the top. We asked what happened to the Watermelon Granita and they said that they had made it once but it wasn't good so they're remaking it. It was nearly half an hour since we had ordered. Finally they served the drink which was so sour we couldn't even have a sip. We told them. The waiter got angry and started abusing us under his breath. We asked him what he said and he started shouting. Finally they refunded the amount for the Frappe and Granita. Overall very bad experience. They couldn't handle a practically empty cafe. There were only 2 customers including us. The state of the outlet was also very bad. Some lights were not working. The display had nearly...
