• updated review * Current location on Google map is not correct. The location shown today is nearly 2 km north west of actual location. To get the correct location use '231/b nsc Bose road, naktala'. Current location is shown at ranikuti more and the actual is almost right opposite naktala fire brigade. Very expensive, and the cashier does not explain the upcharge. Frappe is listed at 295. They ask for a choice of chocolate or vanilla. All of a sudden the bill is 496, for a single 350ml cold coffee.. The trick is that an option for ice cream is not clearly mentioned. The staff appears new and not trained adequately. The younger girl cashier is busy chatting with a male staff and distracted. The cashier twice prompts for food and I bet with other hidden charges one can easily run into 1500+ for a basic meal. Staff is so distracted that the frappe came in room temperature or practically warm. It's nearly 40C outside. Had to remind them to correct the error. Wifi on Mac says connected but chrome does not render. Many shops use a captive wifi router that takes some real knowledge to set up correctly. Wifi on Android is limited to 1gb for an hour. No useful streaming learning/ work is possible. Restrooms are clean. Ambience is nice and as another reviewer said, it instantly transports you to a place quite far from calcutta. Should you come here ? Yes - but just to hang out and perhaps spread the cost of a small dish over a couple of friends. Worth patronising the place just to be able to escape the oppressive heat outside.

I usually buy go to coffee Cafe Mocha whenever I was in desperate need of coffee from CCD. Comparatively coffee in ccd is shit, although I sometimes used to buy when in need. Something is better than nothing. Recently they have launched White mocha. I usually buy my coffee in the morning. The sales lady always sells me cafe mocha since it was launched. Saying they are only serving white mocha instead of cafe mocha. Today on 23/7/2025. She again sold me white mocha, the bill was 370 when asked y so much she said because she added chocolate sauce m. Although I didn’t ask for chocolate sauce. Cafe mocha is made either with chocolate sauce or chocolate powder. So if she was able to sell me chocolate sauce with extra 50 rs y can’t she sell me cafe mocha.

This is to CCD management, i understand you have launched a new product and you want your customers to try it. But don’t u think selling this way is unethically incorrect. As a customer, I should have a choice of what to buy or not to buy. If it’s on the menu then u must sell all...

Had ordered 2 Cheese Chicken Burgers and 1 Spicy Chicken Burger through Swiggy. The restaurant completely mixed up my order and I ended up with the veg versions of the ordered burgers.

When I did get the replacement order, turns out that it was a total waste of money. They were the worst burgers, nay, the worst food to have ever entered my mouth. The patty tasted so synthetic, it felt like I was consuming boiled soya chunks instead of chicken. It doesn't taste anything like chicken. The buns looked malnourished, There were a few slices of tomato, some lettuce and that's it. Nothing else. Total waste of money. Pathetic experience.

I would give this place a big zero if I could.

I won't be ordering anything from this...
